The first two times I tried to visit this tiny bún chả place I couldn’t get in - one time too early and the other too late. Third time lucky. The kitchen runs along an alley - so narrow a bike barely squeezes through. Pork (belly and meatball) is grilled over fire, and plunged into a meaty stock with pickled green papaya and carrot. The obligatory fresh Vietnamese herbs is served along with rice vermicelli, and plenty of extra chilli and garlic. 👊
