Today’s food choices are going to revolve around recovering from cold/flu/fever.... I just had a 14 hour sleep trying to fight off whatever illness I have (filled with cold, shivers, and body aches). Waking up with a green tea with sliced fresh lemon and a satsuma. The antioxidants in these will help boost my immune system. In an ideal world I’d have some Brazil nuts for selenium boost as well but I’m not about to leave my house feeling like this.
