What a great competition @epicintervalchampionships !
Thank you so much for putting on one hell of an event!
A couple things I learned :
~
1. There will always be things that are out of your control, what is ALWAYS in your control is how you react to the uncontrollable and the effort you put out in competition. (I was bummed I couldn’t also compete in the @epic_series but there was a delay in the epic interval semifinal so I was nervous to try to do both when I should have just done both. Next time)
2. Yes I took home the gold 🏆🥇 but I still feel I have along way to go and I look forward to continue getting better and growing as an athlete
3. Still HUNGRY !!
