Throughout this next prep I decided I’d like to save and post most of my prep, only as it changes. I’m in hopes to help anyone else seeing this looking for a guideline to dieting down, training, etc... as well as being able to look back at what I was doing and what could be done differently.
Back training today more into thickness:
A1) Rack Pulls - 2 working sets: 1 x 5-7 as a heavy top set. 1 x 8-12 as a lighter back off set
B1) Seated Chest supported rows: 3 x 8-12 - 3rd set had a triple drop
C1) neutral grip pull downs:
4 working sets: 2 x 6-8 heavy tops and 2 x 10-12 lighter *not video recorded*
C2) cable pull downs 15+ reps
C3) seated cable row 15+ reps
C4) DB pull overs 15+ reps
D1) rear felt cable cross overs
^5 reps at 3 seconds out and 3 seconds in
