SINGLE ORIGIN SUNDAYS... Last week we received our new seasonal filter coffee from @neighbourhoodcoffee . With the last Ethiopian natural being exceptional and setting the benchmark, we were a little apprehensive to change!!! But you gotta go with the seasons right?! 😳
Guys, we’re well chuffed with our choice! @neighbourhoodcoffee have sourced something quite special. Our new filter is a fully washed coffee from the Chire mill in Sidama. The coffee is grown at a high altitude of 1920 metres and is produced by about 700 smallholder farmers who join together to supply local processing mills.
We’ve all had a cupping session here and recommend a ‘black filter’. If you leave it to cool a little, you’ll be in for a treat and will benefit from the peachy notes of what this delicious coffee brings.
