Hello from the Dutch Caribbean! Been back home for a month so far, soaking in sunshine and island slowness 🌞 Not to mention, being surrounded by a whole different world of plants. The plants I grew up with— like this breathtaking bougainvillea.

I believe in the magic of plants. Their ability to inspire us to slow it down; to soften; to remember that we are love, and are loved. To help us tap into our own magic; our truth, dwelling within. 🙏🏽

Simply catching a glimpse of these floral beauties has the ability to remind me to take deeper breaths if I’ve forgotten; expanding my lungs, creating space for change to occur deep inside.
The additional oxygen we are inviting into our being creates radical shifts within. We are able to move ourselves out of mental spaces that no longer serve, thus also setting the foundation for ushering out dis-ease.
