Legs = Cooked 🥩 , no vids today but will film next session. 
Started today with a 5 minute warmup on the stair master , then rolled out some sore sports with a foam roller.
The workout was: • 6x6 Squats (30 Second rest between each set , adding weight every set)
• Hex Bar Deadlift (4 x 12 Reps)
• Leg Press (4 x 15 Reps , adding weight each set) •Split Leg Dumbell Lunges (4 x 15 ) , After Legs finished off with some abs that consisted of Hanging Leg Raises , Hanging Oblique Crunches , and Russian Twists. I’m excited to see how lean i can get as this cut progresses 🍳🥦.
