A few years ago @jkachniarz’s wedding during the father daughter dance my dad looked at me and said ‘are we ever going to get to do that?’ Now my dad is not a man who speaks emotion like this, but this question SHOOK me. I was shocked that he even had those thoughts. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t that he didn’t think I’d ever get married, I just took my sweet ass time. So of course these pictures from the wedding give me infinite happiness. He finally got his father daughter dance 💙For the rest of my life I will cherish all of the moments from this day, I mean obvi because I became Mrs. Harward, but without my dad and his lifetime of hard work, the wedding of my dreams wouldn’t have been possible. I’ve not been the easiest daughter but I promise you in every card, every holiday about him I tell him how much I appreciate what he has done for me and our family. In this dance this old tough guy told me that he would have paid any price to give me the day of my dreams. And I know he would have. Thank you dad for this day and all the days. Without you, life would have looked so different. I am eternally grateful for you! I hope you cherish this dance as much as I do.
