Thursday grind!  Nothing too complex here, combining flow movements and adding in my leg day with double kettlebells.  I’ve been using a lot of the medicine balls as a finisher! 
Gives these flow and finisher a go:
45 seconds on 
45 seconds off 
4 rounds 
Med ball finisher:
45 seconds on 
30 seconds off
3 rounds
