Today was tough.

Mentally tough. I hit snooze on my alarm to wake up early. Work was mentally exhausting. I gave EVERY excuse I could to not get my workout in!

Work was tough, it’s okay to skip
Just double up tomorrow
You’re exhausted, it’s okay
Just take an extra rest day

Shit, I even did dishes and cleaned to AVOID my workout.

But these days like today are WHAT matters the most. The days you absolutely don’t wanna do your workout.the days no motivation, determination, amount of preworkout you chug will get you up.

These days matter the most. The days where you just gotta make a decision. Give up or get your ass up.

And rather I liked it or not, I got up, pressed play, and crushed my workout. .

I made a decision to better be, and every day I’m doing just that.
