OIL FREE STEW

INGREDIENTS:
10-15 tomatoes 2 sweet onion bulbs 2 red bell peppers Thyme ground red pepper Vegetables Meat stock Seasoning

PROCEDURE:
âš«1. Chop the tomatoes, onions and bell peppers and blend them in a blender till smooth.
âš«2. To make the mixture smooth while blending,  you can add water, though this will increase the time it will take to boil.
âš«3. Add the blended mixture into a pot and boil till the water dries out.
âš«4. Transfer tomato mix to another pot.
âš«5. Pre-cook your meat and add the meat stock to the dry tomato mix
âš«6. Add your veggies at this point. Add little amount of salt or none at all, if you want to avoid salt. Allow to boil for sometime and turn the heat off.
âš«7. Serve your oil-free tomato stew with your favourite foods like rice, spaghetti etc.
