We are back!
For the past week I have turned off my phone and reconnected with my partner, family and myself.
Spending time away from my phone has been refreshing and I did not miss it at all! It is definitely something that I will be doing in the future.
I have also realised when I spend time with the people I love, putting my phone away and being present with them shows great respect.
I had so much fun throughout my holidays because I was 100% living the moment. I had deep conversations, observed, reflected and laughed loud.
