Going dairy free can be helpful in some many health conditions specifically those with allergies or intolerances, for hormonal and inflammatory conditions and skin complaints such as Acne and Eczema. In clinic it’s one of the most common dietary drivers I also see for acne - the reason being dairy can increase a hormone called insulin-like growth factor-1 which increases Keratin, inflammation and sebum production (all of which contribute to acne)
