I really have to plan for my planning. It sounds repetitive but for a mom managing ADHD, I must do this or I will end up distracted and off track.
We are going out of town for a few days and that means our schedule will be thrown off a little. What may seem like a “simple trip” to others is a monstrous occasion in my mind. I won’t have the restraints of our scheduled classes and timed activities.
I typically review our lessons the night before and then go over them the following day with Kennedy. Everything is usually planned two weeks in advance but this weekend, I am going to let loose, enjoy the sun, and allow Kennedy to just be free.
