I actually meant to post this yesterday but I forgot ... So I did cardio on my treadmill in my little home gym I created, then I went for a long walk with my dog in the rain (that explains my hair 😁) I was feeling all motivated , so I went to the grocery store and got all sorts of fruits and veggies so I don’t get bored with the recipes.
