A beautiful simple way to release energy that is not serving you:
Sit π§π»ββοΈπ§π»ββοΈ
Take some deep breaths.
Imagine taking a breath deep from the ground, through your feet
All the way up in to your heartβ€οΈ Feel your heart expand as you hold your breath for a bit...π Then release all what is not serving you,
Pushing it down through your feet, to the ground. π
Do this as many times as you feel is helpful.
you can also say or think thoughts like: I release what does not belong to me
or: I release what does not belong to meπ¬
I like the part where you hold your breath a bit at the end of inhaling: you feel your heart expand, and actually you are already starting to fill it with new energy. π₯
After you feel you have shedded som negative energy, you can start recharging. β‘οΈ(next post)
