Latest project into DA, this one is a little beauty, maybe not so little :) Mid century concept in Dianella.
The block slipped away quite a bit so it was decided to step the house at the rear creating essentially a two story, but from the front appearing as a single story.. and then we could really go to town on the mid century style elevation.
