Yes, we have finally realized that building the biggest house ever is not the answer, especially when we have been constantly building homes with rooms that we do not need.
What we have realized, is that we should make the most important room in the home the biggest one.
The @aianational recently studied that houses are getting smaller, but kitchens are getting bigger.
Making your kitchen bigger increases and opens up the space in your home, improves function, storage, sustainability, and just might be the future selling point to your home when you decide to sell it.
Sure, your bed is nice and cozy and your bedroom might be pretty important, but there is nothing like that good ole kitchen where all the magic happens. Take care of it. Think Long Term!
