Well if you are a dab hand in the kitchen why not try your hand at Hoisin Duck?
I bought the whole duck from @dave_corbett Bookers Cash & Carry #Warwick.
I took the whole breast off and slow cooked the legs in my @instantpotofficial in a Hoisin sauce & finished glazed in the oven.
With the whole breast I seasoned with salt, ground black pepper & Five Spice. Pan fried until brown & Crispy then popped in the oven at 100oC for 30minutes.
Served with pickled red onions & cucumber & salad.
How delicious 🤤
