Sometimes you have an awkward sensation that the things that you see are not as you think they are.
In the botanical gardens of Kandy, at first sight you might think that there are plenty of giant fruits at the top of the trees but when you start looking at them carefully you then discover that they are in fact thousands of giant bats.
When the sun start to set, you can see those Indian flying foxes (pteropus gigantus) starting to fly over the garden which is a terrific view.
