Food is medicine, and it’s powerful.
Here’s a little layout of some of the fresh produce I buy weekly, I also have a pantry full of clean & healthy staples 🗓
I get a lot of questions on how to even start eating healthy. It seems intimidating, and trust me..it didn’t happen overnight for me.
However, I kept making the effort.
Now I’m going on 6 years of clean eating! 🥳
I think my first advice is....
Start cooking meals at home.
Pick a recipe you want to try cooking, find some inspo..(cookbooks, insta, pinterest) & cook it!! It’ll be fun, trust me! 👍🏼 🍽
&..Read ingredients on labels...please. 
There is so much crap on shelves fulls of preservatives and pointless additives..you’re putting that in your body 😔
Find cleaner replacements! They are out there.
Support your local health food store, shop at sprouts.
You have to try. You gotta put in effort.
If you eat cleaner, your body will respond and it will be sooooo happy. 
I don’t follow a diet. I eat what makes me feel good and stay away from dairy, wheat, and soy..cause it doesn’t make me feel good and they are known to be irritants in the body.
Guys, I used to eat fast food 3 times a day, no lie. The guy at jack in the box new our order when we pulled up. And yeah I ate junk food in between.
I felt like crap.
When my lifestyle changed, I changed.
In every way 🧠👀🔮🧬
I can not change anyone, but I can lead by example ✨👍🏼
Your body will communicate with you depending on what you feed it. 
We only get 1 precious body! 🧬
