“WA Marron, Tobiko and Kombu Buerre Blanc” @burntends_sg . I had planned this dinner on a Thu to put Marron on the menu, it’s not available throughout the week. Epicurean @pengloh highly recommended it and I finally got a chance to understand why. Charred on the outside but succulent on the inside. Gorgeous crustacean white meat meets the creamy and velvety Buerre Blanc (white butter), Super wicked! That was one hell of a Marron, just as good as the King Crab in Garlic Brown Butter. We felt really spoilt by @dpynto and Team, the grilled seafood experience with the Cherry Trout and Marron was most amazing. How do you beat this? Why only #10?
