I feel like I haven’t talked to y’all about supplementation in a long time so here we go 😋 these are my go tos when it comes to shredding and maintaining. 
I’ve tried MANY protein powders and they all taste disgusting, but i’m telling you once you try syntha6, you won’t ever go back to anything else 🤤 • I hate sticking with a single preworkout, because I dry shot it and the flavor gets old. I have to admit LIT is a better brand than ghost, but definitely more pricy 🤕 • aminos are very important if you exercise heavily, for muscle recovery and energy. I usually take it every day after my workouts, that way i’m not exhausted and sore the rest of and the next day. • fish oil is more psychological than physical. it helps retain information and memory, and saved my life my first year of college 😅 not to mention omega three is great for your heart.
