Did you know you can eat the leaves of the radishes? They’re quite peppery and earthy in flavour and contains a much higher concentration of certain nutrients than the radish itself! Like vitamin A, C, B6, magnesium, phosphorus, iron, calcium, fiber, protein and a variety of antioxidants like folic acid 🙌🏻.
You can eat them raw or cook them like any greens, so don’t throw those nutritious leafy greens away🌱! Stay tuned to see what I’ve got planned for these beautiful little gems.
