Forgot to post my eats from today. You can’t imagine how many photos of food I have on my phone from the last six months that I’ve forgotten to post! I’m trying to get back to posting more. .

Lunch was 🙌🏻
Grilled Chicken thighs (4sp)
Cauliflower rice
2 oz Chipotle Guacamole (3sp). Yup, I walk in and order “a side of guac, to go please”. And that’s it. It’s my fave. (I also ordered a side of chicken 3sp to snack on while running errands because I was starving, swipe!). And some organic salsa (0sp)

I’m definitely trying to eat cleaner meals, and this one is #whole30 / #whole30compliant, minus the chicken snack. .

I’m feeling a fresh sense of motivation. We leave for England in a little less than six weeks. I weighed in yesterday morning and I’m aiming to lose 10 pounds before we depart. I tend to work well with set goals.
