Happy Monday everyone! šThis is my woman power poseš. Growing up in a patriarchal culture and world, itās so easy to give up our power as women and please the people around us by playing it small... itās non threatening and people like you more (this is everything to a pleaser like me).... Iāve always been in awe of my friends who say whatās on their minds without fear šš¼... I donāt believe in false confidence but there is something to owning who you are thatās powerful and satisfying at a soul level.
According to my spiritual friends the past several weeks have been bringing up our stuff energetically so that we can release them for good. Iād like to release playing small in favor of playing myself in a big way. Who wants to join me?
I think itās time we own who we are and not let the patriarchy define us or our bodies.
