Bring a pot of salted water to boil and add the spaghetti when the water comes to a rolling boil. Cook according to pack instructions till desired softness.

In a frying pan, sauté crushed garlic in olive oil and when they start to brown, add in the halved tomatoes. When the tomatoes are softening, add chopped spring onions and diced parsley stalks. Finally, add the crab meat, stir together and allow to heat through.

Drain the pasta and toss it in the pan with the cooked ingredients and add in half of the chopped parsley. Plate up the spaghetti and sprinkle the rest of the chopped parsley.
