My personal practice of yoga also provides a tonic for both my body and mind. #movinginavarietyofways #meditation #breathfocus & #relaxation forms an essential routine which benefits my #wellbeing

Being able to build a small, friendly yoga community, sharing & teaching yoga to others is a privilege. Watching my students grow in confidence & feel joy as they practise is a balm for the soul too. 👌🏻
