MIX IT UP | When was the last time you mixed up your workout routine or tried a new class?? I’m as guilty as the next person of finding a training style I like and sticking to it. But recently I’ve been itching to try something new and start circuit-style training

So this morning I slacked off my usual pull workout and hit an Orange Theory Fitness class instead. And boy was it tough, but I absolutely loved it! The class was a mix of running, rowing and weight exercises and I absolutely LOVED IT! 😃

Everything is based around heart rate zones and you’re encouraged to push yourself to your limits on the treadmill. But you’ll never do the same workout twice so there’s always something new to challenge yourself with. Plus the instructor was super friendly and there’s a real community vibe about the place. I’ll definitely be going back! ✨

Trying something new or going to a class on your own can be a bit daunting. I know I never would have done what I did this morning on my own a year ago. But just TRY IT - I guarantee you won’t regret it! 🙌🏻
