Guys. The diet industry is worth over 66 billion dollars, & every damn week, someone comes up with some crazy new diet fat or paints a picture on how _____ is good and _____ is bad. Nutrition is not nor will it EVER be black or white like that.

Know why keto works? It puts you in a caloric deficit & removes a lot of hyper-palatable, delicious foods. Know why intermittent fasting works? It shortens your eating window & makes it easier to be in a caloric deficit. Know why low fat diets can work? Fat is super calorically dense so it can easily put you in a caloric deficit because you’re only eating protein & carbs.

Protein, carbs, fat, veggies - all of these should be part of your daily life. ALL OF THEM.
