When we make ourselves look as good as possible for a photo? When we have no make up on and just rolled out of bed? When we have the right outfit on? When we put our bodies in weird positions just to take a good picture?

In reality we are beautiful in ALL of these situations.💥

The same girl...the same body... the same self love and self confidence.💕

In one picture Im goofing off and having fun making my stomach relaxed and not as flat.

In the other one Im standing up taller, not relaxed and posing in it.

We all try so hard to paint a perfect picture to society. Because thats what we think everyone expects to see.💥

I have the same value and beauty equally in both of these pictures.💜

Self love is not measured by how I can make myself look in a photo, what I wear, or how skinny I am.

It starts from the inside out. The value we give ourselves because of WHO we are not because of HOW we look.🌠

Fitness has helped me build that self confidence and self love. Not because it made me look better but because it taught me no matter what I look like, the confidence HAS to start from within.🌞

Losing weight in itself alone....does NOT change your beauty or make you happier.
