DE| Wir fahren die Straße in Richtung unserer letzten Unterkunft. Zum zweiten Mal befinden wir uns in Richtung Thingvellir National Park. Von oben kann ich einen Menschen am typischen schwarzen Sandstrand sehen. Er steht dort ganz allein. Vor ihm diese riesigen Wellen und der ohrenbetäubende Lärm wenn sie brechen. Der Wind ist so laut und so kalt und trotzdem kann ich genau verstehen warum er dort einfach nur steht. Ganz still, denn alles um ihn herum ist laut, einzigartig und wunderschön. Er steht dort und ist verzaubert und kann seinen Blick nicht lösen.

ENG| We drive the road in the direction of our last accommodation. For the second time we pass the Thingvellir National Park. From above I can see a person on the typical black sand beach. He is standing there alone. Before him, these huge waves and the deafening noise when they break. The wind is so loud and so cold and I can understand exactly why he just stands there. Quiet, because everything around him is loud, unique and beautiful. He stands there and is enchanted and can not look away.
