Woohooooo! Who would have thought I would be at a workout 8.30am Saturday morning? And I feel good!! Even got the t shirt! I went in very nervous but there was honestly no need. I was surrounded by the nicest people, all working on their own fitness and everyone was at different levels. I felt completely at home and not one bit embarrassed about my lack of fitness.
