Single arm swings 10 reps x 3 rounds πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ
Dumbbell bench press 10 x 5 rounds 🦍
Declined push ups 25 x 3 rounds
Push ups 25 x 4 rounds βœ‹πŸ»πŸ€šπŸ» Good job for everyone who’s been doing it since the start ! Let’s keep pushing yourself, I hope you’re running as well, try to improve your distance ! And keep on the push ups and squats
