Single arm swings 10 reps x 3 rounds ππ»ββοΈ
Dumbbell bench press 10 x 5 rounds π¦
Declined push ups 25 x 3 rounds
Push ups 25 x 4 rounds βπ»π€π» Good job for everyone whoβs been doing it since the start ! Letβs keep pushing yourself, I hope youβre running as well, try to improve your distance ! And keep on the push ups and squats
