BOUNTY BITES ————————— I’ve been wanting to make a little treat that I can have lying around the house so when I feel like something sweet I can just grab it and go without having to think about what to prepare. There aren’t too many ingredients in these and they were so quick and easy to make. The’re delicious (at least I think so) and actually don’t taste too different to an actual bounty bar 🍫

Ingredients: - Coconut shreds (2 cups) - Coconut oil (45g) - Rice malt syrup (100g) - Vanilla extract (1 tsp) - Salt (pinch) - Chocolate (100g) - I used ‘sweet william’ original chocolate which was gluten free, dairy free and had no added sugars

Total calories per bite - 132
