1. Large mandible (lower jawbone) and little masseter muscle
2. Over 40 years old (in general) with sagging jowls—you will only look saggy and older!
3. Too much lower cheek fat which lies in front of the masseter muscle—results will not be as “good” as those with slim cheeks because the fat in front will still make your lower face appear wider.
