It’s becoming more essential for me to recognize and analyze when I see or hear people trying to blatantly bring other people down.
Trying to feel empathy for the person who just wants to downplay everything because they’re most likely miserable in their own space, is such a challenge for me.
Goal for the year, empathize with them, instead of letting them affect my mood and vibes! ...and remember, If you don’t have haters, you aren’t doing shit!
