Hope you have all had a lovely weekend! On the orders of my daughter I’ve had a PJ couch day.... well in between juicing up orders, gym, weekly shop, housework, washing and making dinner that is! 😆 but apart from that it’s definitely been one of the most chilled out afternoons I’ve had in a while, on the couch eating food and watching Netflix!! These days don’t happen often but are well needed!! And do I feel guilty, no way! Back to the healthy eating tomorrow to keep the balance ✌️
