Meditation is my escape. It allows me to hear the chatter that doesn’t serve and reminds me the importance of trust and surrender.  It was over a decade ago when I began my yoga teacher training.  Since then, I’ve learned all sorts of methods in meditation but like all else, what works for some may not work for others that is why daily practice is important.  Some days I spend time journaling, others I read or try Kundalini.  One day is not enough to know if it’s right for you.  And everyday is a new moment so know different rituals will help you determine what your body and mind need.
