Thank you sweet trees for providing me shade
Thank you rock formations for providing me a resting place
Thank you tall vegetation for reminding me of my child like existence
Thank you poison ivy for reminding me I am not invincible
Thank you dirt for making my toes feel at home
Thank you stream for allowing me to freshen my socks
Thank you sun for drying my socks and kissing my skin
Thank you inclined hills for assisting me in pushing my limits.
Thank you momma nature, for grounding me and teaching me new lessons everyday.
My feet hurt, my body is exhausted but my heart is so grateful and touched by the compassion of nature.
