We train our bodies religiously to perform, yet our minds control that optimization. 
I have noticed that I put a much more structured emphasis on the physical side of training than the mental. Yet, ultimately our minds control our ability to show up when it matters. Whether that’s an athletic performance or related to school, work or personal; our mental strength matters. 
I have been exploring the Wim Hof Method since first working with him in Montana at a  @redbull High Performance Camp. Coupled with meditation, I find it to be a powerful approach to increase resilience and stress management under pressure. 
This week my mind has been struggling with loss and confusion. I went to my brother’s friend’s studio, @mindsetbraingym while here in Toronto.  I am grateful to see companies embracing this simple philosophy and educating more people about it. 🙏🏻
