the Crown chakra-(top of our head)-purple
The third eye - (between and behind our eyes: peneal gland)-dark blue
The throat chakra- (throat)- light blue
The heart chakra - (the center our chest)-green
The solar plexus- (top of the abdomin)-yellow
The sacral chakra-(lower abdomin)-orange
The root chakra-(bottom of spine, if we sat down, just where we touched the surface of where we sit)-red
These energy spinning invisible wheels of ours are present in every entity. Our planet #earth has her own chakras as well 🌎
Sometimes one of these wheels doesnt spin energy so well and it can be good to give it a hand. You may feel that that part of your body is feeling sick- or you might have psychological blocks that correspond to that chakra. #Awareness is the first step to fixing this energy flow around there. Then there are so many mini practices you can do to get it back on track.
