I’ve always wanted to make #hotcrossbuns so this year I gave it a go. I am not a fan of the traditional flavour, so I made #ginger #chocolatechip buns  with a flakey short crust pastry cross. I was intending to make raspberry chocolate flavour but @focused.strength said that was too weird (I disagree, the weirder the better). I used #aquafaba  in place of eggs which worked really well.
