Started my Easter Sunday with a LITTT🔥 back day and about to follow it up with copious amounts of mimosas💃🏻🥂 #balance

Here’s what I did:⬇️

✨Barbell Bent Over Row 
Tip: Before starting your row, ensure your hips are tucked under and your core is tight to keep it out of your low back when you’re bent over.
✨Pull Up Drop Set
Tip: Here you’re doing 1 set without help, then 2 more sets adding more help each set. ✨Single Arm Row
Tip: You want to row the dumbbell towards your hip instead of towards your chest.
✨Bent Over Lat Row
Tip: We want to aim at hitting the lats here, so take a wide grip and pull the bar into your belly button.
✨Seated Single Arm Row
Tip: Avoid leaning back and think about squeezing your shoulder blades together as you row.
✨Lat Bar Lat Pulldown
Tip: You can also use a regular lat pulldown attachment if needed.
✨Dual Cable Straight Arm Lat Pulldown
Tip: Think about pushing your chest out as you bring the bar into your hips to allow further contraction of the lats.
