Messing around on the track today with my son after I had a light leg session in the gym.

It feels brilliant after virtually a year of no sprinting to be able to run at 60% max speed and no niggles even if only in trainers!
.
Have a go at 8 x 150m sprints with jog back recoveries at circa 60-70% of max. If you struggle then break it into blocks of 4’s or 2’s with 5 min breaks.
