⭐️ CUSTOMER SERVICE | LOUIS VUITTON ⭐️ As both the owner of LA’s top designer medical scrubs store, @prowearplus, and a frequent consumer at the other end of the spectrum, I know that customer service is critically important. In fact, in an age where Amazon is decimating its competition, the one thing that brick-and-mortar stores have that Amazon doesn’t have is customer service. Then, when you take the mere existence of customer service and and turn it into something exceptional, that combination can take a shopping transaction and turn it into purely enjoyable experience! ⭐️ This photo is of me at the recent private event launch for the @louisvuitton fragrance collaboration with artist @alexisrael. Pictured at right, is my regular Louis Vuitton sales associate, Dirk, presenting me with my special event fragrance purchase, complete with custom packaging and an autographed plaque! One of the primary reasons that I frequent the Rodeo Drive, Beverly Hills location of Louis Vuitton (beyond the amazing selection at this 3-story statement store) is the customer service that I receive from all of the sales associates! In particular, Dirk gives me VIP treatment no matter what, even if I’m only spending a few hundred dollars (as I was on this particular day) compared to the items that they sell that are 20 to 200 times that! I’ve gone into Louis Vuitton wearing the medical scrubs that I sell and no makeup whatsoever, and I’m still treated like a star!
