With the busy schedule lately, I have been photographing so many clients and it has been fun and exciting to watch my business grow. This past week alone, I have had many conversations with my clients about my images and clients are expressing their thoughts with me and why they chose Bri-lliancy Photography to capture their special moments. 💬 The number one conversation I have had with my clients is my editing style. I CHOOSE for my photos to be light and airy, vibrant and clean. Photography is art and with art each artist has their unique style. I CHOOSE to not make my photos dark, over saturated, and over edited; I aim to keep the images true to the landscape, true to the subject, and true to the authenticity of the images that I am capturing. 💜 Their is no right or wrong way to photography. That is what is so beautiful about photography. Their is plenty of technical terms that go behind taking a photo like ISO, F-STOP, Shutter Speed. Many of these terms people do not understand and quit frankly do not care about and just want great photographs. If you look up photography you will find that the definition of photography is: the art, application and practice of creating durable images by recording light or other electromagnetic radiation, either electronically by means of an image sensor, or chemically by means of a light-sensitive material such as photographic film. What photographers do with those images after the light has been recorded is up to them. ☀️ I CHOOSE for my images to be light and airy and authentic. Sure I could fancy them up add in contrast, colors, graphics, etc. but that is not my style as an artist. My clients are seeing my style and it resonates with them and I appreciate that they allow me to capture special times in their life.
