This is a different type of post for me.

You usually see my workouts at the gym and I film as much as I am able to without getting in the way of others.
_
I get comments and DM’s saying I have good form and strength. Although this is true for most exercises there are some that I REALLY struggle with!
_
I thought it would be cool to show you guys two exercises that I am not great at! After all we aren’t perfect and we all struggle with certain things!
_
Push ups are SUCH a struggle for me. I can barley get out full sets and often need to take breaks. This is something I’ve never been good at but I really want to get down pat. 
_
The same goes for anything plank related! Unless it’s just a normal plank nothing added I struggle!
_
It’s okay to struggle, it’s okay to not be good at everything. 
_
It’s hard but try not to compare yourself to others. Just because you see someone performing loads of exercises with no issues that doesn’t mean they don’t have areas they struggle with.
_
For myself personally I am going to be adding push ups into my workouts more often and maybe practice at night before bed along with some ab work! 
_
Never give up on something just because you don’t get it right away!
_
