Bang on points for the day but poor efforts with the steps. I’m so annoyed at myself, I found it hard to get up for the gym this morning but knew I’d have PT tonight so didn’t feel too bad... then came being stuck at work by an extra 90 mins and not getting home til my PT session should’ve been almost finished. She did say I could’ve gone later, but when I get home that late after a long day, I just wanted a chill out. So rubbish day steps but determined to get back into the Pre-work workout routine, I’ve really let it slip recently.
