Still riding high from yesterday at crossfit Albemarle! @iron_kakes put on a fantastic competition and @tjmentus42 had a blast pushing our limits and seeing where we can improve for next time 💪🏼

I’m so appreciative that I am able to do things like this and have made so many friends in this awesome fitness life of mine! 🏋🏻♂️The competitive environment is one that I miss since I don’t play sports like that anymore. This stuff gives me the chance to see if I still have that intensity.. well I do 🔥 and digging deep to do shit your mind thinks you can’t has been one of the most challenging and rewarding ways to grow!
